I just read the first amendment it only states that Congress can't make a law to stop peaceful assembly. If someone is blocking a street it's already not peaceful because you are restricting others the right to use that street in a lawful manner, to travel and or transport goods. Really it means you can meet on private property. So Antifa can have 10,000 people assemble on a private farm for arguments sake. This I guess is why KKK can't be designated as a terrorist organisation and rallies if held on private property can't be stopped. Are you certain that amendment is 100% positive? It really comes down to the government how they act because there are always ways around everything.
