In Australia if the Whitehouse was in a rural area it would have gained covid 19 hotspot status triggering our federal government to consider the matter and discuss it with the state or territory involved. A hotspot definition is 9 cases of community transmission in a rural area over 3 days or 30 cases of community transmission in a metropolitan area over a 3 day period. So doesn't really meet the definition yet because it's in a metro area but pretty close.

  2. Vaccines are normally but not always used to stop infections, in the case of covid 19 a vaccine could increase symptoms and it's the symptoms as in immune reaction causing pneumonia which is probably the most common cause of death with covid 19.
