  1. There are prejudiced people of all colours, ethnic and religious groups but they are not the majority. I hope you find a better workplace soon and try to stay positive and remember they aren't all like the person you encountered.

  2. There are more poor whites in the US than blacks, the proportion is higher in blacks but the poor whites feel left behind too, they have sided with Trump to a larger extent. With males Trump received a higher proportion of votes from less educated white people than educated and the inverse was true with black males with a higher proportion of educated versus uneducated voting for him. The overall vote however was much more white males voted for Trump than black males.

  3. The real public health crisis in the US is the suicide rate of white males, it's through the roof. I don't know the age statistics on it but I would think young to middle aged white men would be a large proportion.
