  1. Why doesn't the US direct it's socialism to the needy rather than corporations? Your country isn't particularly high ranking on the economic freedom index by Heritage Foundation which is the best measure of how socialist a country is.

  2. Many democracies have a Senate which has regional representation and the US has the Electoral College for president and a Senate. So not all votes are equal other than in the house of representatives or congress in which I think all votes are equal everywhere that has independent electoral commissions which guess what some US states don't have meaning you can gerrymander to skew the election to your side of politics by drawing electoral boundaries that give your own party more seats.
