American exceptionalism is a form of nationalistic racism based on the ethnic US citizen not the subgroup within that, good luck getting rid of that. All the subgroups actually in general terms support this racism.

In part you are correct but segregation is a bigger issue, many white and black people live in segregation inside the US to this day. Some of it is self segregation and some is historical segregation. Also the perception by poor white and black believing the other is advantaged and they are not being listened to. In Australia we had copycat BLM marches , out of 70,000 protestors , many who probably didn't really know what they were protesting about not a single arrest or single property damage incident, a few people who did something stupid were pepper sprayed by the police, that was it. No extremist calls for defunding police or anything like that. Contrast that to the US protests which were in many but not all cases violent.

You are a democracy but low functioning by international standards. I am Australian and I would actually trust an Indonesian election for fairness above the US. To be fair I haven't looked into their system so I don't actually know, just an impression and I do know the US system is how it is.

Maybe that's a fair emotional response but not realistic.

It's not about formal education. Many Americans believe in American exceptionalism which is a nationalistic superiority complex often touted by politicians of all persuasions. This crosses party lines and education levels and is a form of brainwashing. Ideology has gone to a ridiculous level where to give one example healthcare the US government spends more on a non universal healthcare system than some countries spend on a universal healthcare system yet it's apparently superior because it's not socialist. This one example shows how brainwashed people are.

Yes and unfortunately in the US many such people exist of different racial backgrounds, it comes back to unfair government policies affecting poor whites and blacks for the most part which are the 2 main groups. Without addressing the underlying problems and reasons you can't solve the problem. I am in Australia and while we are no devoid of this problem it's far less of a problem at least at the current time. Unfortunately there is one incident that stands out being the Christchurch New Zealand mosques attack carried out by an Australian white supremacist. Because of the internet these groups or individuals can be radicalized across national borders. Not sure how that killer was radicalized exactly but pretty sure the internet played a part and might have been international.
