  1. Unless you pay cash up front you will not get the same treatment. He wouldn't qualify for any public health or insurance at this point in time because he isn't sick enough. If he was an ordinary citizen he would be told to stay home for 14 days and if symptoms get worse go to hospital.

  2.  Pam Schobelock  not my business but according to Trump's own words no one should care because it only affects the very sick people with comorbidities. Read through many comments of Trump's hardline followers , they have no empathy because they still believe Trump and that he won't get sick according to Trump's words. So the bias cuts both ways. I am not American but have followed this issue.

  5. He certainly has it. For him to go to hospital for "an abundance of caution" is very difficult. Also the fact he is receiving all those treatments when an ordinary person would not receive them unless they are extremely ill shows he is sick. He is scared and taking pre emptive actions that others wouldn't and in most cases wouldn't have access to such care. His doctors would have told him based on the information we know you have approximately a 5% probability of dying.
