Actually everyone knows, the US has a homicide rate 5 times that of every wealthy country just about, so it can't be nobody knows. You can say that the US political situation is conducive to not fixing it. In other words the real root cause is the lack of functionality of the US politically.

They do have that right in Colorado, so in the case of Colorado clearly not many.

@fabiandaroca your logic is flawed, after a civil war the victorious side disarms the loser. So the event has already occured and there is nothing about personal gun ownership that stops a civil war, often it's the military that takes over and trust me these poorly equiped disorganized scattering of diverse militia groups with different aims ranging from ANTIFA to the insurrectionists would be no match for the US military.

@nope6908 Western means about as much as eastern, it's meaningless. I think in general terms Western seems to mean wealthy country with majority European race of people. So Spain is Western according to what I think most people mean but not their ex colonies because they are poor. The geographic western and eastern is only Eurasia so the political definition is quite different.
