@peacefuljourney4994 You might be interested in moving to a country called Utopia, I am uncertain where it is but I have heard of it. In Utopia apparently it's perfect.

@peacefuljourney4994 Your 12 questions were is the vaccine like no other that currently exists in the world and perfect so yes you are looking for Utopia in regards to Covid 19, no vaccine in the history of mankind could you have got different answers. Best of luck finding Covid 19 Utopia.

@peacefuljourney4994 So you are secretive about where you come from. It's interesting you find some clip on Sky News Australia which demonstrated that we had protests just like US, Canada, Thailand, UK, Belgium, France and Germany. What is your point? Ok some people struggling mentally with the restrictions or they are just idiots who want a fight, Australia is not unique in this way but as stated in the story only 1.5 deaths per day from we are one of the best results in the world. Your answer is we should have caved into a small minority and killed 50,000 people, well thank goodness we didn't. I would note the clips were all in NSW and VIC and those 2 states had much more problems because they were relatively slow to lockdown hard on different occasions when it mattered.

@peacefuljourney4994 Nobody likes what the pandemic has caused and being from a covid 19 free state it would certainly have been better if those 2 states I mentioned were more cautious and there would have been less problems. It should be noted that compared to Ontario both NSW and VIC have been locked down far less time, I only know this because someone from there commented that hairdressers were shut for 9 months. If we look at economic performance last calendar year Australia did relatively well, Australian government deficit around 7% of GDP and at least our trade surplus increased. We are not as vaccinated as Canada so we simply can't just open up, even in the US schools aren't fully open, but all the Australian states with the most cautious approach from the beginning are all fully open except of course for travel, we would like VIC and NSW to join us of course.

@YY-jv4uu It's simply untrue that in Australia suicides increased last year, they didn't. It's true to say there were more suicides than covid 19 deaths, the suicide rate of the nation is about 13 per 100,000 based on 2019 data so around 3500 suicides per year we are now about a year and a half into the pandemic and there have been over 1,000 covid 19 deaths and around 5,500 suicides assuming the rate was roughly in line with 2019. Obviously the pandemic was never going to stop suicides so I am unsure what your point is, lockdowns do increase diabetes and heart attack deaths mostly I think it is , obviously evidence has shown the hard and fast lockdown jurisdictions like Queensland, Western Australia and New Zealand that this is the most effective because the shortest time being in lockdowns and very few deaths, the cautious approach has proven to be the best, if the entire world followed this the pandemic would be over now. I think you will actually find suicides and homicides increased in 2020 in jurisdictions with long lockdown lite measures like the US, based on 34 cities in the US homicides increased by about 50% which is massive and on top of the 5 times the rate of other wealthy nations, the US is the poster child of how not to do things and the only thing they have been successful at is producing vaccines but not very good at actually getting high vaccination rates.
