  5.  @cgjoe64  there are different types of freedom and that one surprises me about press freedoms, the US slotted in just behind a couple of African countries. Press freedom is a pretty big one though.

  6.  @cgjoe64  ok found the one your referring to Human Freedom Index which is economic freedom plus other personal freedoms. I think there would generally be a lot of overlap with different indexes as in authoritarian places are Authoritarian about everything and visa versa.
