  3. Australian should be a little nervous, even Western Australia and Queensland keep borders open this time so far. First time I think of an unknown outbreak and certain borders don't shut quickly even for the known local area of infection. I think Australia will be fine but it only takes a few cases spread to a few states and half the country will be on lockdown for a bit.
