  1. To reduce the spread rate by 90% in theory and depending on the policy of the particular government maybe elimination. Europe and US seem to want to keep the virus if the vaccine doesn't remove the virus from society by itself. The rhetoric keeps being maybe have to vaccinate for years. I think a bad policy especially as I am Australian, we won't change course.

  2. I would think eventually yes. Because Pfizer and Moderna are very expensive when other cheap candidates are available you will probably be able to choose them because governments even though sometimes they seem like it are not money pits. So you buy them yourself.
