@anomarnamloh7444 Don't have to go to no junk food AKA ultraprocessed food. The current rate of junk food consumption in the US is over 50% of the diet. So change no junk food to get it down to 20% or so and there would be massive improvement. No country in the world has managed to reduce obesity, not even 1. I am in Australia, we are 10 years or so behind. Don't know if you ever saw the 2004 film Supersize Me but there was extreme obesity in Mississippi at the time, 25% of the adult population. The entire adult obesity rate in Australia is now over 30% and US over 40%. 2004 Mississippi at least in respect to body size looks pretty good right now.
2
