  1.  @dolphinluver1888  the concept of mandatory mask wearing and then you can go to a bar, the perfect spreading ground to me is absurd. This situation I believe does exist in some jurisdictions. It's a mitigation policy which allows the virus to spread but hopefully at a slower rate from the mask wearing to make up for large infection rates at bars.
