If Israel is any indication , it's more likely it stays flat , however the Indian variant is still an unknown as far as vaccines go because no large infection rate in countries with good data on vaccinations. John indicated it's doubling every 2 weeks in the UK but that might be misleading because of the 10 days of mass movement from India to UK without quarantine.

Chrissi I see your quote but how does it relate to you? If you are either A US or UK citizen, the policy was life is not an important liberty and having business open and schools open wasn't important, the important thing that topped all other concerns was both transnational and international travel without quarantine but "lockdown" the peasants with small business. Was this the essential liberty you were talking about or was international travel without quarantine essential, please explain your thoughts.

@ci5030 the US purchased temporary freedom, that is free travel and no quarantine and it cost at least 500,000 deaths and counting and caused the entire country to be on partial lockdown for an entire year as was the PAHO Pan-American Health Organization response probably led by the US. In Australia a part of the Western Pacific region of WHO we had travel restrictions and quarantine. So be more specific, which approach was better up to now , which freedoms are important, you can't keep all it's impossible.
