  2. Saying it will be is wrong on 2 counts, if it is already proven then should be approved already and secondly the obvious if the data isn't available it can't be approved. Hopefully it is approved when John says but that's only hopeful not reality. I do believe the Oxford Astrazeneca vaccine has gone through a more thorough process than the already emergency approved vaccines.
