Herd immunity is really a concept with no defined number, it depends on behaviour, health and age of population etc. The Philippines has a very young population with median age about 25 and obesity rate at about 10% so the proportion of population susceptible to severe disease or death is quite low. I don't think you would have herd immunity but then again maybe in some parts of the Philippines or for example slum areas maybe it infected far more people than is realized. Best of luck and I would suggest with the vaccine if it's longer than 6 months since you had covid 19 then consider getting it.
