If there is a problem with the vaccine itself yes but otherwise probably not. By problem with the vaccine I mean it's contaminated or it is a bad batch which isn't actually the vaccine. Just like if you buy a can of soup and it doesn't say it has peanuts or peanut traces and you die from an allergic reaction to the peanuts your relatives can sue if labeling advising this is required which I think it is in all rich nations. However if the can of soup says contains peanuts and you happen to eat it and die it's not the manufacturers problem. So if the vaccine injected into you is exactly as per specifications you can't sue , that's the reason for having health bodies give approvals otherwise nobody would bother making a vaccine because , first up cowboys in the industry would kill people and nobody would trust vaccines so it would be uneconomical in most cases to even bother trying to make a vaccine without the current process.
