  2.  Ronald Farley  Without knowing what country you are from, actually smokers are the only patients who actually contribute to the healthcare costs along with alcoholics to a lessor extent through taxes and smokers on average cost half the amount to take care of in the end of life scenario because they die more quickly requiring less hospitalisation which is about 50% of the entire healthcare cost of a lifetime on average. If it's about money and personal responsibility then fat people are cost more and pay no tax, it's a slippery slope if care is decided arbitrarily according to some moral code.

  3. I can only tick 2 of those boxes but I probably already had the virus and to some extent maybe I am lucky because I am 47 but not the healthiest lifestyle. I am not overweight which I think is the biggest risk factor directly or indirectly and not too old which is the number 1 risk factor.
