@bear4772 Your daughter has food intolerances most likely but can be environmental. Because she's 14 hard to do a difficult elimination diet as in pair it back to 3 or 4 foods and introduce a new one each week I would suggest doing the slow way, cut one food out completely each week and reintroduce it after a week, bec careful about anaphylactic shock though because could kill her when reintroducing. First food I suggest you check is all dairy, that's the most common one but she may have several intolerances. Remember to check any processed food because you would be amazed how many things have dairy in them these days, there's opiates in dairy and manufacturers have worked out you only need traces of the stuff to make food addictive. Also check environmental, I had an allergic reaction to leather by resting on a leather lounge. Get your daughter to keep a symptom diary so you can hopefully find the problems which is sometimes difficult.
