The original comment and comments in the thread suggest , it's certainly not a given the claimed efficacy, the countries you list are disaster zones.

@gasaxe6056 Yes India hasn't done too badly, but you must compare to similar neighbors, I'll be honest I am sceptical of anything coming out of the Americas and Europe except for the vaccines. The areas covered by PAHO (Pan American Health Organization which doubles as WHO regional office) and Europe WHO region did nothing other than a few countries to stop the spread or contain the virus, everything was looking for a quick fix. In this video it claimed that taken as a prophylactic it would stop infection by over 90% , this means if true because herd immunity is estimated at 50% to 80% the virus can be gone from the planet in about 2 months if everywhere with any significant case rates have at least 85% of the population take this medicine for that period. Of course I am highly sceptical never has this been a achieved in the history of medicine, only have we achieved such results with vaccines. Do I think that invermectin might be helpful based on this video, yes but I have never seen such a cure for a virus so I will remain completely sceptical on the numbers presented.
