  1. In many respects Vegans and Vegetarians tend to have less deficiencies in wealthy nations because those groups deliberately watch their intake of certain nutrients, in average population less people do this.

  2. It's tough for you guys with lockdown again after last year but at least the deaths both in NSW and VIC are extremely low if you compare to the US. I am in Brisbane and so far so good but it doesn't take much to lose control with Delta. Best of luck and hoping we see cases come down shortly in the affected cities as the weather warms up.

  3. Baked beans are extremely healthy and chips are only unhealthy if you are getting too much energy which as a child normally is less of an issue.
