  3. No they are different things, the symptom tracker you enter you personal health symptoms daily and big data analysis estimates how many people infected. Track and trace is in theory if you are close to another person for a certain period who also has the app and if they get the virus it notifies you, not sure it's actually ever worked in practice.

  5. Have to remember it's summer in the Southern hemisphere, Europe was doing fine 6 months ago too , now look at the disaster. They haven't said it's more dangerous other than more likely to evade vaccines , so more dangerous in that respect.
