  1. Ok fair enough, compare the Australian response on covi sars2. We are both federations where the states playing the major roles. Is it your opinion that the US has outperformed Australia?

  2. @Ankit Singh yes the main thing is that all actions work together. Miss one and you have a major outbreak. 3 things are required , Border controls, effective quarantine, testing and contact tracing. If one fails significantly without a quick reaction things are out of control. The other is less important but needs to be done if things are out of control and that's "lockdown" as in major personal restrictions.
