@PhilMoskowitz More likely stagflation which is an economy not growing with high inflation.

@jamesgollan8602 don't worry about the beef producers, if Trump follows through all imported beef will have a tax on it. As the US is a net beef importer the beef producers will be able to up the prices especially on the lower price end such as ground beef. This might not make up for high end exports that will dry up as Trump puts tariffs on everyone as he says he will. Interesting times ahead, countries like Japan and South Korea are unlikely to buy any beef from the US soon. It becomes an imperative that every country in the world retaliates.
