  1. The 1st amendment does not apply on some elses private property. So i wish they would stop bringing it up when talking about universities. The question is an internal policy one for each individual university of what restrictions should in place. Nobody is literally arguing that free speech as accepted by the first amendment should accepted. Otherwise you could have clan rallies as an example or for that matter Zionist rallies calling for the expulsion of all Palestinians from the occupied territories.
