  1. Sorry but 1st amendment rights don't exist on private property unless the owner permits it. Given the excessive force used however if you got physically injured I think you would have a good case to sue especially as all these incidents are being filmed.

  2. That's not the issue, the issue is the US it seems in an almost universal manner across jurisdictions has decided to crackdown on these particular protesters. The irony is it's getting the word out better than if protesters were left alone. You don't see news of encampments at 4 Australian universities because they permitted encampments at least for now. No crackdowns in my country yet. So assuming you are American you have to just complain about your bipartisan objections to these protesters and also you need to question why are American police so brutal, while it's untrue to has that no Australian police force ever has issues they aren't as bad as the US where it seems every second cop across most jurisdictions is a thug. Also ask the question why US universities have all decided they won't permit protests.
