Well check the homicide rate in the US and compare it to any other wealthy nation and you will find it to be about 5 times the rate and that's not 2020 data which there was an increase that doesn't seem to have been compiled yet. So in answer to your question not an actual war but like a war zone and some killings last year that were politically motivated so a little bit of civil war type stuff.
