@eff5948 why was the manouvre which caused 44 people to become unconscious over a 5 year period still supported by him until just now? If you can show me a document to the contrary I will listen.

@eff5948 I think it has bipartisan support to stop that practice so that should change. I hope Democrats don't delay it because they want police to lose limited immunity which is silly because nobody would become a police officer if that happens.

Mrreciprocat are you kidding? 44 unconscious over a 5 year period and this chief of about 2 years thought it was ok. He is the boss. It's only because of this incident it's now not ok. Chauvin I suspect thought he would make Floyd unconscious but it went wrong.

Community policing in its most simple form is 2 police walking down a road. It requires more funding because these police can only respond to something close by and need to have time to walk the beat. It is good though if needed but it can't be done with less funding. It creates law and order having more police around. What is being advertised by the radicals doesn't fit the description of community policing in my opinion.

@t.a.ackerman4098 no it wasn't. They made a larger county police force, They also closed down open drug markets (street corners for drug selling) and demolished derilect buildings. This has produced the result of really bad to bad.
