  1. Every president since Nixon has lied about being able to control the price of oil. You Americans can't handle the truth so politicians lie to you. Many people from both the left and right want price controls on oil products in some way shape or form or in other words a socialist paradise like Venezuela where subsidized fuel is cheap. You need a presidential candidate who comes out and says they can't do anything about an international commodity and have no intention of going down a radical socialist path and win. Do you think the liar making the impossible promise will win or the one telling the truth after 50 years of lies by every presidential candidate?
