  1. Sorry, outside of tinpot dictatorships the US seems to have the oldest leadership. Sort of seems a choice in the US, a nursing home or a political position when you get really old. The answer isn't term limits or anything like that, it's just change the voting culture. Having one or two elderly who are physically and mentally fit to represent the elderly isn't a bad thing. They just shouldn't be running the show.
