  1. If Epstein did keep a diary releasing it wouldn't be helpful unfortunately because it could be made up. Whether people like it or not upholding rule of law and not defaming people is important. If evidence actually existed of crimes committed by others then they would have already been prosecuted. If theres proof of crimes having been committed however the statute of limitations has caused that to no longer be able to be prosecuted releasing that information is ok.
