  1. You can be both at the same time, I had an iq test done and put me well above average however one particular test I was considered borderline as in bottom 10%. So I am sort smart but slow at routine tasks or something like that. It actually makes sense to me know because doing things like copying what a teacher wrote on a blackboard I couldn't keep up but most people could.
