First of all it's impossible to achieve, if however by a miracle it was achieved it would likely cause the opposite because the consumer base has just reduced by 5% or so. Fruit and vegetables might go up a little bit due to labor shortages but everything else will go down in price and you will have deflation which is scarier than moderate inflation. A caveat though the public debt could get out of control with a reduced gdp causing the dollar to weaken causing inflation.
