  1. The cost of steel roofing just went up. Australia's ex prime minister explained how it's cheaper for California to import from Australia than from the Midwest due to transport costs. Now there's a 25% tariff on these products, so maybe builders will buy American at a higher cost and most likely with delays as the US producers would need to ramp up production.

  2. I had a life changing experience yesterday, I smuggled 200 Mexican eggs into the US. I was able to pay off my Australian mortgage with some left over for investment.
