  1. I reckon Elon has his eyes on NOAA. Basically privatise it to himself at little cost. Then he will get the costs down a little bit and the public will love him not realising he paid nothing for it and that costs to the government will go up more quickly than inflation, so after a few years it will be more costly than a properly run government service. Americans are suckers especially when it comes to pharmaceuticals.
