  1. The idea of shutting down comments is ridiculous. It's also ironic that the discussion of such allowed comments here knowing people were going to leave comments sympathising with the killer and or lack of empathy with the victim. Now is the very time to discuss the issue for US citizens, the killing should start discussions. The killer did a revolutionary act which many people approve of. Shutting down discussion is like not expecting such an act to occur occasionally. The act and the reactions are a symptom of failed US policy that watches people die rather than saving them. So better to try and fix the disease of corporate greed and compliance by both your political parties protecting the status quo. Both your major political parties actually subsidise pharmaceuticals. Nowhere else in the world does this. It's insanity. But hey let's shut down conversations about the matter, like that's going to work. It's as stupid as Trump's tax cuts for corporations mostly owned by the rich and hiking up taxes on those with low and middle incomes through tariffs. People voted for this insanity and the majority of politicians of both parties support a for profit insurance industry to increase healthcare costs. Insanity yet again. Sorry to sane Americans, you are actually in the minority.
