There's one major country they seem to be holding up well for now, China. Of course Chinese leadership can change that any time they want just by telling people to not buy Tesla.

@DariusSharlow Tesla isn't worth that, market valuation and worth or intrinsic value are different things.

@kathyheyne6030 I think the reason Chinese leadership has said nothing about Tesla is because it's a bargaining chip, Musk is probably viewed as a Chinese diplomatic asset.

@dannyvine3605 to be fair it's 10% on top of existing tariffs. Trump's threat of 60% tariffs plus the 10% not eventuating could be due to Musk. So I agree it's likely that Musk has a significant influence.
