  1. No it wouldn't because a child born to a citizen automatically becomes a citizen, this is standard around the world in countries like my own Australia that doesn't have birthright citizenship. We used to effectively have birth right citizenship but we changed the law. The US is different because it's not under a regular law but under the constitution and therefore difficult to change.
