  2. There's no mechanism for the US supreme court to do anything. There's only 2 ways the president can be removed and that's by the 25th amendment if his cabinet believes him to be mentally unfit , so that's not going to happen they are all loyalists or by impeachment with 2 thirds of the senate voting for his removal which won't happen any time soon and unlikely to happen because they appear to all be loyalists as well. All the supreme court or any court can do is stop things from from continuing to be unlawful after the fact.
