  1. I think the 3 most important people at the inauguration were in no particular order Mike Pence, George Bush and Mitch Mcconnell. Biden I would rate as the 4th most important because under the current circumstances those 3 people bring a lot of legitimacy to Biden's position. Trump has made it his dying stand to make Biden should he win the election which he did not seem legitimate and has been highly successful at his aim.
