  1. It's unusual, it's never happened in any other Western Democracy in recent years at least that a leader states that his country has run a corrupt election. A recount changes nothing because numbers can't be out that much. If he believed that elections were corrupt why did he do nothing about changing the situation in 3 years. Of course some individuals from both parties will commit voter fraud as will always happen with 150,000,000 votes.
