  1.  @fauxque5057  it seems the most recent subvariants spreading in the US likely originated in the US and sorry you aren't genetically superior or anything, no reason variants won't emerge in the US if they haven't already. Get the population vaccinated, particularly the elderly, it's the only game in town which the US has failed to do compared to best practice.
