  1. In about a month the health system in the US will really start to crumble, Trump is still in power at that time regardless of the election outcome. When the body bags start to pile up something will happen, maybe states will largely standardise restrictions which should have occured in March. Everything is on a vaccine which no one knows if they will work, results so far are only determined in a test tube, need to see phase 3 trails in real world conditions. I hope a vaccine does work to a high enough standard.
