  1. You've got it the wrong way around. Consumers are the ones in charge, if for example you want no added sugar full food breakfast cereal, go and buy it, the company doesn't care what choice you make. They are just making what you want to eat for the price you want to pay. It's not the job of corporations to tell you what to eat because you will just go and buy junk from an opposing company if they tried that. I own shares in one of the large supermarket chains in Australia, same thing applies I don't care what you want to eat I just prefer you buy from my supermarket. If you want to buy a bag of vegetables or a bag of chips it makes no difference to me, you are responsible for your choices, if the junk food aisle shrunk due to lack of demand I couldn't care less it'll just be filled up with healthier alternatives which still make the same money.
