  3. The business owner in this case was in agreement. What you say is true though, Australia is reopening and the US looks like it's a game of mitigation and not overflowing intensive care units. Australia is not the only country doing well and political system etc makes no difference, it's just a case of countries that are functional and not for this particular issue.
