  3.  @vanxz7511  You are wrong, the 100 are members of the NPC (National People's Congress) or parliament, they meet once a year normally to vote on legislation. 100 of these are worth over $1 billion USD, 200 of these are worth over $300 million USD. You might be confusing the general members of parliament with the executive members AKA ministers and deputy ministers in most countries and Secretaries in the case of the US. Pretty sure there would be more billionaires in the CPPCC as well if you wanted to add them to the list. So one group of billionaires controlling another group of billionaires it would seem.
