  3. The word militia which I heard in the US generally seems to mean in favour of government, second amendment has a preamble with "a well regulated militia" in the wording.

  5.  @patriciafarrow9586  While I agree it's very likely that the Taliban will resume all out war it's not a given, have to see if the new approach of allowing people to arm themselves in militia groups works, it could go in any direction, if those being armed are actually pro Taliban then the government has just armed it's enemy but if for the most part they are not it could work. Anything can happen and unfortunately I agree with you the worst case scenario does appear the most likely but not a certainty. Maybe China will step into the void to some extent (supplying arms and technology as with Pakistan, probably no boots on the ground) which could make the situation worse or better depends what they do.

  6. Don't know but they would have one major advantage over Russia or the US led coalition and that is they haven't been there before or at least not in recent history.

  7. It was started by US in a bipartisan manner with the approval of the UN security council. Any country on that council at the time including the 5 permanent members and both political parties of the US all have equal responsibility, blaming now because it hasn't worked out very well is complete hypocrisy.

  8. Taliban says they will allow girls to go to school now, I don't believe a word of it, maybe a ruse to reduce anyone fighting against them returning to power.
