  1. While Qatar might be close to an absolute monarchy al Jazeera is a good news source unless it's talking about Qatar. Both things can be true at the same time , just do a quick search on criticism of Al Jazeera on Wikipedia, a lot of countries come up and over half the countries with criticism are majority Islam countries.
