It's extremely likely is correct, I think there border restrictions even stricter than Australia or New Zealand. If nothing else North Korea has had decades of practice at controlling people's movements even inside the country.

@carmencajayon937 Your comment is strange , are you suggesting humans are some how different if they live "in the West" ? Is South Korea "west" because they are very soft and slow locking down compared to the "west" countries of Australia and New Zealand.

Only 3 places in the world come back from 500 or more daily cases and that wasn't with the Delta variant. South Korea as described is only in partial restrictions as described, not really a lockdown. They think the virus is a vampire or something so can't spread before 6pm. I think the virus is ok with day and night.
