Well Australia as the country that has opened up with it there's no intention to stop it, it's either Chinese style lockdowns which aren't acceptable in any country outside of China except maybe North Korea or let it spread with as few restrictions as possible. It's still early days but say Australia and Singapore will be able to live with it soon, have to accept some will of course die but society has to continue. Singapore did try to open up fully a month or 2 ago but then put restrictions back in, I just checked, they still don't let Australians or anyone I am guessing but they did for a brief period. Watch this space.

  2. Yes but they can't do it forever and I think they would be highly vaccinated now. Australia, Singapore and New Zealand had roughly the same policy but that was only intended until high vaccination rates.

  3. I think you are talking of NSW mostly because they went from hard lockdown to Florida model and now back to tightening restrictions. In QLD so far so good, doesn't mean it'll be smooth but I think we can get through it with any major increase in restrictions.
